Nakakatulong itong gawing mas malinaw ang paghinga ko at mabawasan ang paghilik nang hindi nakakaabala o hindi komportable gamitin.
Ginagamit ko ito bago matulog gabi-gabi, at talagang malaki ang ipinagbago. Mas tahimik na ang tulog ko, mas mahimbing ang pahinga ko, at hindi na rin nagrereklamo ang asawa ko sa ingay ng paghilik. Mas presko ang pakiramdam ko paggising tuwing umaga. Hindi na ako pwedeng wala nito ngayon.
